These terms and conditions govern the use of the website arvin.ch and the services provided by Arvin Health Services GmbH, Konradstrasse 29, 8005 Zurich (hereinafter referred to as "Arvin", "we", "us"). By using our platform and services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.2 Services

We arrange medical check-ups, such as whole-body MRIs, blood tests, and DEXA scans, through our platform arvin.ch. Arvin itself does not provide any medical services; these are exclusively performed by our partner institutions.

2.3 Role of Arvin

Our primary task is to mediate administrative and organizational matters between you and our medical partner institutions. Medical responsibility, including implementation, diagnosis, and consultation, lies entirely with the respective partner institutions and specialists. Arvin Health Services GmbH does not provide medical services, but acts as a mediation and coordination service provider.

3. Personal requirements

3.1 Minimum age

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and of full legal capacity.

3.2 State of health

You confirm that there are no health restrictions that would prevent you from undergoing the examinations arranged.

4. Booking and contractual relationship

4.1 Booking process

You can request a medical checkup through our platform arvin.ch. Two booking options are available:

(a) Direct booking via arvin.ch

You select the desired examination online (e.g., whole-body MRI) and enter your personal data and appointment preferences. This information is transmitted in encrypted form to the selected partner institute. The partner institute will then contact you directly to schedule the final examination appointment. Medical clarifications, such as contraindications (e.g., pacemaker), are handled by the partner institute.

(b) Booking via a consultation

Alternatively, you can book a no-obligation telephone consultation with a medically trained Arvin representative. During the consultation, you will receive general information about the examination procedure. If desired, your contact information and details about the desired examination will be recorded and forwarded to the partner institute, which will then schedule the appointment.

4.2 Contracting parties

The contract for medical services is concluded directly between you and the partner institute. Arvin acts merely as an intermediary and is not a party to this treatment contract.

5. Fees and costs

5.1 Pricing

The prices listed on our platform include the costs of the medical services provided by the partner institute as well as a service fee for Arvin's referral service.

5.2 Payment processing

Arvin will provide you with a total invoice that includes both the partner institute's services and the brokerage fee.

5.3 Cancellation conditions

Cancellations or changes to appointments are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Scope of liability

Arvin is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part.

6.2 Medical services

Arvin assumes no liability for the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the medical services provided by partner institutes.

6.3 Technical availability

We strive to ensure high availability of our platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility and are not liable for any resulting damages.

Significant changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to registered users by email.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is Zurich, Switzerland.
